The exhibitor shall pay the cancellation fee in case they cancel the application for the exhibition or reduce the number of booths (including advertisement and options).
Term 3

The contract for exhibiting at the exhibition shall become effective between the organizer and the exhibitors at the submission of an invoice of booth fees.
Please check the invoice for the payment details.
Term 4
※
If the full payment is not made by the payment due date, the application may be canceled.
Term 5
※
Previously, the primary side trunk line work up to 100V/300W per booth was covered by the organizer, but from HCJ2027 onwards, all electrical trunk line work, secondary side electrical work, and electricity usage fees will be borne by the exhibitor.
Term 6
※
Booth positions will be determined by the secretariat, taking into consideration for the number of exhibition booths, exhibition zones, order of application, past performance, exhibition products, and whether demonstrations are planned (construction work involving water and gas). Due to venue configuration and safety management requirements, we cannot accommodate changes or objections after the booth positions have been determined. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

We will take necessary measures within a reasonable range for the smooth operation of this exhibition, but we do not guarantee the number of visitors, business opportunities, or contracts as a result.
